To ensure the times and treatments you want, we recommend making a reservation for all your spa treatments. Please plan as weekends and holidays book quickly.
Your health and safety are always our first concern. Please make sure to inform the spa concierge of any physical conditions you have that may affect your spa treatments, including, but not limited to skin irritations, high blood pressure, heart condition, pregnancy, epilepsy, post-operative states, and diabetes.
For bath and sauna sessions, a bathing suit is comfortable and appropriate. Alternatively, treatment can be enjoyed without clothing, or we can provide hygienic disposable underwear. Choose what is most comfortable for you. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.
Your satisfaction is a priority. If something is not to your liking, please let your service provider know immediately. We will do everything possible to ensure your spa experience is an enjoyable one.
Please leave personal items in the safe in your hotel room or your home.
Arriving late will decrease the time of your treatment. Your treatment must end on time so the next guest is not delayed.
POLICIES & INFORMATION
Separate spa facilities for men and women.
Private locker provided with robe, sandals, and towels for use within The Spa.
Complimentary teas, water, and snacks are available in the co-ed lounge.
Guests enjoying a service of 50 minutes or longer (massage, facial, or body treatment) have access to the entire spa on the day of their service.
SPA ARRIVAL
A valid identification must be provided at the time of arrival. We recommend you check in at The Spa Reception 30 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This gives you ample time to receive a spa tour, enjoy the spa experiences, and get dressed for the service. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments and full price will still apply.
A wellness consultation and liability waiver form must be completed as consent before receiving treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your spa and salon appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A twenty-four-hour notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling in less than twenty-four hours and no-shows will require a charge of 100% of the treatment price.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
16 years of age and older for facials.
18 years of age and older for spa access, massages, and body treatments.
Valid identification may be required.
Guests under the age of 16 are permitted to have salon services.
SERVICE CHARGES
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all treatments or services rendered. Additional gratuities are at the guest’s discretion.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
The spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles. Please keep personal items inside of your spa locker at all times. Should you wish to store any valuable items, safety deposit boxes are available at the spa reception desk.
