How do I make a reservation?
Click the Book Now button on the homepage to visit our booking engine and make a reservation.

Do I have to add children under the age of 2 to my reservation?
We require ALL room occupants to be listed on the reservation for occupancy status purposes. Children under 2 years of age are still considered free to access the waterpark and hotel.

When will reservations open for the Olympics?
This is yet to be determined. Please stay tuned for updated information coming soon!

What is included in the cost of the suites?
When you stay at OKANA, your waterpark passes are included for each registered guest. These waterpark passes allow access to the waterpark starting your first night’s stay through the day of your departure. The rate also includes access to all events. Parking is not included in the room rate.

How old do I have to be to book a room?
To make a reservation, at least one guest must be 21 years of age or older.

Is a deposit required at the time of the reservation?
To confirm your reservation at OKANA Resort, we require an initial card deposit equal to the cost of your first night’s stay plus taxes and fees. If booking a fully prepaid non-refundable rate, total payment is collected upon reserving.

Can extra guests be added at check-in?
Yes, you can add additional guests at check-in. However, the room rate is based on guest count, and extra guests will incur a fee of $45-80 per person per night, depending on the season and special events. Please book the correct number of guests to meet occupancy limits and receive an accurate cost.

How do I reserve an accessible suite?
Accessible suites are assigned at the time of booking based on your request. We are delighted to offer a range of options to accommodate your needs!

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Following check-out, your wristbands still provide waterpark access for the remainder of the day. For your convenience, we recommend renting lockers for personal belongings and changing clothes.

Does the resort provide group discounts?
We are pleased to offer group discounts for reservations of 10 rooms or more, based on availability. From business retreats to youth events, our team is excited to help you create an exceptional event! What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is specific to the type of booking. Please refer to your confirmation email for your specific details regarding booking cancellations.

Are rollaway beds or air mattresses available to reserve during stay?
Each room is designed to meet the maximum number of beds permitted. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide rollaway beds or air mattresses, as these additions would exceed the room’s maximum occupancy.

What items should I bring on my trip?
To make the most of your stay at OKANA Resort, we suggest packing as if you’re heading to a beach getaway! Here are a few essentials to consider:
Swimwear, cover-up, flip flops
Swim goggles, earplugs
Sunscreen, sunglasses
Change of clothes
Beach bag
Should you forget anything or need additional items, visit our retail store, Dock Shop, which offers a wide selection of products to enhance your experience.

How much does the resort require for incidentals?
Please note that we place an initial incidental hold of $200 on your card. This amount automatically replenishes when it reaches $0. Any portion of your incidentals that are not used will be credited back to the card used within 3-5 business days. OKANA Resort operates on a cashless system.

How do wristband room charges work?
All guests are given wristbands that enable seamless transactions using the card associated with your account. This allows convenient room charges throughout the resort, including restaurants, spa, and retail areas. Wristbands are pre-authorized at $200 per room upon your arrival. Your wristband activates at check-in through the very end of your stay. Once activated, there is no need to carry your card with you. If you wish to purchase alcoholic beverages, you must present your Photo ID. Any unused funds will be returned within 3-5 business days. For additional information, please visit the front desk upon your arrival.

Will my room be ready when I arrive?
Your room will be ready for check-in starting at 4 PM. However, you are welcome to enjoy the waterpark as soon as it opens on your arrival day and until it closes on your departure day. Changing rooms, lockers, and showers are available at the waterpark.

Do you have RV parking and hookups?
OKANA Resort does not have RV parking or hookups.

Where can I find directions to the resort?
OKANA Resort is located in the Horizons District in Downtown Oklahoma City. GPS directions can be found using the address: 639 First Americans Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73129.

Will my suite be pre-assigned prior to my stay?
Suites are assigned upon the day of arrival. Special requests will be accommodated but are not guaranteed.

Do you accept prepaid cards and debit cards?
We recommend using a credit card rather than a debit card. When you use a debit card at check-in, the remaining balance for your room and taxes will be immediately deducted from your bank account, along with an additional $200 per night for incidental charges. Any unused funds will be refunded to your account at check-out, but please be aware that this process may take 72 hours or more, depending on your bank’s processing times. OKANA Resort is not liable for any overdraft fees or charges related to debit card use.

What payment types are accepted at OKANA Resort?
Please present the credit card used for your reservation, along with a valid Photo ID from the cardholder, at the time of check-in. The cardholder must be present. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please note that we do not accept virtual cards or installment loan payment providers. We use a cashless transaction system.

How secure is the website when I am booking online?
We are committed to ensuring our guest’s private information is secure when booking online. All credit card payments are secured and PCI-compliant through Sertifi and Elavon.

When do I need to fill out a credit card authorization form?
A credit card authorization form is only required if the cardholder is not present at check-in. If the card holder will not be present at check-in, please Sign the Credit Card Authorization Form.

Are there quiet hours?
To ensure everyone can unwind peacefully after a long day of fun, quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, when we kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum.

Do you host events at the resort?
Yes, we sure do! We host Meetings, Weddings, Parties, Corporate Retreats, and many other events at OKANA Resort! Please contact groupsales@okanaresort.com to discuss event planning.

Is there a fee to park in the parking lot?
For your convenience, valet parking is available for $38. Self-parking in the covered parking garage is $20, and self-parking in the uncovered area, south of the resort, is free.

Does the resort have Wi-Fi Internet?
Yes, the resort has Wi-Fi available to all guests.

Are there wheelchairs available?
We offer wheelchairs to guests based on availability. Please visit our front desk for more information.

Are pets allowed at the resort?
Pets are not allowed at the resort or waterparks. Service animals are permitted.

Are there ATMS in the resort?
Yes, ATMs will be available to all guests! Please note that OKANA Resort operates on a cashless system, so the ATM will function by depositing cash to receive credit on your wristbands. This can be spent throughout the waterpark and resort, including restaurants, spa, and retail stores.

Are there charging stations for my electric car?
There are charging stations that will be available for guests. This service will be included based on availability.

What happens if I lose my wristband?
If your wristband breaks, you can bring it to the front desk to be replaced for free. If your wristband is lost, replacements cost $30 plus tax.

Every room includes a safe that you can utilize to secure your belongings.

Every room includes a mini-fridge. Microwaves are not included.

Where are the nearest taxi services?
Some of our nearest Taxi Services are OKC metro taxi and New Yellow Cab OKC. If you are coming from the Airport, Airport Express, Inc offers transportation options! Additionally, there are airport shuttle and ridesharing options accessible on the lower level of baggage claim.

Do you have a shuttle to the resort?
Embark Transit will be adding a stop on their Oklahoma River Cruises. The resort will also provide airport shuttle and transfers. Please note that hours of operation and costs are not available at this time.

What Day Pass Options are available?

Passes may be purchased online or at the waterpark front desk. OKANA Resorts & Indoor Waterpark is a flex rate resort, so we encourage our guests to purchase their Day Passes in advance and online to secure the best rate available.
Day Pass options will include
Standard Day Pass – Includes access to both the Indoor & Outdoor Waterparks
- Waterparks (outdoor seasonally) – This pass gets you access to both waterparks from the time the parks open to the time the parks close
Evening Pass – Includes Access to both the Indoor & Outdoor Waterparks (outdoor seasonally). This pass gets you access from 5:00 PM – Park closing
Military Day Pass – Active Military & Veterans can enjoy and discounted Day Pass rate when enjoying OKANA
Group Passes – At OKANA we are here to cater to YOU. Reach out to our sales team and allow us to create and craft a waterpark experience that works best for your group
Outdoor Waterpark Day Pass – This pass is for those that want to enjoy the sun and have fun out at the OKANA Lagoon! This pass grants you access to the Outdoor Lagoon ONLY. Upgrades for Indoor access available (dependent on availability).

Can I bring food or beverages from home into the waterpark?
Unfortunately, outside coolers, food, and drinks are not permitted into the Waterpark. However, there are many dining options both outside and inside the Waterparks for your enjoyment. For more information, please visit our Dining Options page.

Are cabanas available to use in the waterpark?
Yes, there are 14 Indoor Cabanas and 36 Outdoor Cabanas available for rent! Our cabanas feature covered lounge beds, personal food and drink service, exclusive menus, and a personal TV.

Are there chairs (aside from cabanas) in the waterpark to leave our belongings?
Pool chairs are available throughout the waterparks based on availability; however, it is not recommended to leave personal belongings unattended. For your convenience, lockers are available for guest use. Larger items, such as luggage, should be stored in your suite or vehicle.

Are lockers available in the waterpark?
Yes, we offer both indoor and outdoor lockers for rent, which are available in two different sizes.

Does the Waterpark provide life jackets?
You may bring your own or complimentary life jackets are available during your visit. Please note that life jackets are required for all guests under 48 inches in height (personal pool floats will not be permitted).

Are towels provided in the waterpark?
You can bring your own towels, or we have towels available for rent for resort guests at the towel station within the Waterpark. Remember, some wet kids can get a chill walking to and from the waterpark and the room, even if it is all inside.
